Welcome to the David Oscar Rutledge Photo Archive. He was born and raised on a farm near Memphis and became a telegrapher on the railroad. His file at the Railroad Retirement Commission shows he worked for several companies before settling in Little Rock, Arkansas. He married Mary Cornelia McGhee in Oklahoma.
